Notes :
(1) 86034 was the booked loco for Hertfordshire Railtours 'Trans-Pennine
Freighter' from Nuneaton to Euston however it was reported that the class 86 was
sent to rescue a stranded Merrymaker tour (83007 on a Ramsgate to Bangor
outing), hence 40067 worked the Hertforshire Railtours outing through to Euston.
