(1) Routed into Derby station instead of Down Gods Line.
(2) Returned to Way & Works Jn to access Down Goods Line, Also, supposed to reverse at North Jn.
(3) Re-routed from booked route via Sandbach due to engineering works.
(4) Booked to reverse at Crewe, but reversed at Stoke-on-Trent instead.
(5) Not shown in timings, but with 5 minutes given from Crewe to ABB Crewe works, were we really booked 'wrong-line' Crewe to ABB Crewe Works? (shouldn't complain, the Crewe EMD was a good bonus).
