Notes :
(1) At Sheffield the 37s were booked to work the mini-tour round Manchester ('The Pennine Perambulator') , but 37010 had failed at milepost 138 near Blackwell - approx half way between Nottingham and Sheffield, hence 47704 worked instead.
(2) Booked to go via Guide Bridge & Woodley.
(3) Nick Blyth comments: I remember that the driver of the 37s took them through a red signal in the middle of Nottingham station before they took over from the 31s. There was a delay of 1 hour 24 minutes as a replacement driver was needed before the train could continue.
