(3) This two day tour marked the 60th anniversary of the classic 1Z48 'Great Western High Speed Railtour', which ran on 09/05/64.
(4) 7029 stalled near the top of Hemerdon bank. This was reportedly due to dragging brakes on the coaches, caused by a 'Butterfly' emergency brake valve being hit by lineside foliage.
(5) This was 7029's first visit to London Paddington since 1965.
