(1) 47826 on rear.
(2) 35508 was only in the consist when 44871 was on the train.
(3) The return leg was worked by 47826 solo throughout, due to lineside fires on the outward leg. These caused damage to electrical control cables and chaos to the South Western Railway services for the rest of the day. The return leg was further delayed by a passenger being taken ill at Bournemouth. 44871 + support coach 35508 were left at Swanage.
