Notes :
(1) Reported to have carried just over 200 passengers. David Miller adds: The itinerary comments 'We regret that the fare was rather high for the passengers joining the train at Bovey, Pullabrook and Lustleigh. This is due to the fact that we are required to guarantee a minimum number of 300 full tickets.....it is obvious that the Society will suffer a financial loss.' The fare was 7s (35p). Compared with today's tours, the schedule is unusual in permitting participants to board and alight at intermediate stations, even though the line closed to passengers some three years earlier.
