Notes :
(1) Stephen Atkinson comments: The tour started from Cardiff and not Plymouth due to West of England multiple aspect signalling work.  A special coach connection was offered from Plymouth. The booking form advertised stop at Birmingham New Street was omitted due to the Proof House Bridge replacement works preventing the tour being routed that way. The booking form indicated routing the tour via Stourbridge Junction, after leaving Worcester, to get to Birmingham which was changed to the route via Bromsgrove due to the Proof House Bridge replacement works. Traction was unspecified in the booking form as it was deemed that the South Yorkshire Joint Line route was far more important due to enthusiast specials rarely being granted permission to traverse it.
